Adventures in Remuddling

On Saturday, a work crew showed up, consisting of Jona (from DC), Sandy and Elvis (from NYC). They were converging in our house to give us a motivational boost and some much needed labor. In order to be good hosts, we scrambled to get a toilet into our unit. Now that we had some experience under our belt, it only took a couple of hours to install the toilet (unlike the last time, which took about 3 hours).

That night, Elvis helped Tig install the pedestal sink. Again, experience was on our side, they only took 3 1/2 hours to put in the sink. Much better than the 5 1/2 hours for the first floor unit.

At the end of Saturday night, this was where we stood. The Jado faucet was a good choice.

Meanwhile, downstairs Sandy, Jona and I were priming the peptol bismo pink walls in one of the bedrooms.
