I took a vacation day to work on the house. Tig and I:

  • Took down the drywall ceiling and steel tub from Unit #1 bathroom
  • Dumpster was delivered
  • Cleaned out bathroom of all plaster, drywall and cementboard, debris and shopvac’d
  • Swept and damp mopped the upstairs unit wood floors (they were filthy)
  • Set in some of the nails in the upstairs unit floors, in preparation for floor sanding on Monday
  • Laid out and taped red rosin in Unit #1 front hallway
  • Joined MassEnergy, a non-profit coop for purchasing energy
  • Took a field trip to our consultant’s (who is a GC and electrician) building, which he condo-ized and is renovating.

By the time we got home and washed up, it’s 11:00pm and the blog is updated. We’re wiped out. Till tomorrow…zzzzzzz
