Meet Stubby:

This is my favorite brush; I use it all the time. Some of the virtues I extol are:
- The brush is perfectly sized for my small hands
- The rubber handle flexes, so my hand doesn’t tire as easily. My hand will still get tired if I’m doing a ton of painting, but not as much as it would with a stiffer wooden handle.
- It’s short and stubby body allows me to maneuver in tight spots, for example, a narrow strip between a radiator and the wall.
- The bristles, when new, are pretty decent. It’s not the most expensive brush out there, but it does the job. Like any other brush, it wears out after repeated use, but that comes with the territory.
I’m pretty loyal to Stubby now. We used it to death, so we’ve had to buy two replacements. I can easiliy buy three of these brushes for about the same price as one of the premium name brand paint brushes.
Note: This is just my opinion. We don’t receive any compensation from companies for endorsing their products.
